30 day return policy
- Products must be returned in new / unused condition
- "Full refund" means a refund of the total amount of your purchase less shipping and handling.
- Items must be postmarked on or before the 30th day

Orders placed between November 20 and Dec 15 may be returned/exchanged thru Jan 15 of the next year.
- The 30 day refund period begins on the day you receive your initial product(s) according to our tracking info. Where tracking information is not available (USPS First Class), the refund period is calculated from our shipping date.
- Clearance Items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
All sales of clearance items are final.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- There is only one refund or exchange per item / per order.
- Exchanges are limited to the same product line (ie - change of size), must be unused, and meet all other conditions stated above. An exchange item is not eligible for the 30 day return period or a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method usually within 7 business days. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of items to our location.

- Refused international (non-USA) orders will be charged all customs fees, shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
- Items returned outside the 30 day window will neither be refunded or returned and will be considered abandoned. One-Eighteen, llc reserves the right to dispose of any abandoned orders.
- We presently ship United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.
- Orders are processed Mon-Fri, and generally ship the same business day.
- International Shipping: We will gladly ship an order anywhere outside the USA as allowed by law. Please be aware that the receiving country may charge additional import fees which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- If an item is out of stock and unavailable from our suppliers, we will ship the remaining parts of your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
- If an item is out of stock and available from our suppliers at a later date, we will ship the remaining parts of your order in the most timely manner, and ship the backordered items as soon as possible.
If there is a significant delay from the supplier, we will contact you regarding your order.
- DriNights reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at any time and issue a refund.
- DriNights reserves the right to drop ship an order, direct from the manufacturer/supplier if it is deemed the most efficient and cost effective method.
- DriNights reserves the right to change the requested shipping method if it is deemed more economical, safer or speedier. Any difference in shipping costs will be refunded upon request.
- If an item is drop shipped, there will be no increase or decrease in the shipping charges.
- We reuse / recycle. In an effort to do what we can to help the environment, we reuse many of our boxes. Should your order arrive in a used box - not to worry!
- Shipping rates are displayed during checkout.
- Some items may have an increased shipping fee stated.
- Please note: USPS Priority Mail is a service offered by the US Government. It does not generally indicate speedier delivery.
- Drop Shipping and in-house shipping rates are the same.
- Orders may be placed on-line or at the above address. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Checks.
Cancelation of order:
- You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping.
Coupons and Discounts:
- Unless otherwise stated, coupons and discounts may only be used on new orders.
- Coupons and discounts have no cash value and may only be used towards the purchase of products.
- Our site uses SSL encryption technology to ensure your private information is kept that way.
- We do not store credit card information
