Shipping Policies:
We presently ship USPS Priority and First Class mail or UPS Ground.
"Free Shipping" means we will determine the best method for shipping your order. This will generally be UPS Ground or USPS First Class, but the actual determination will be based on the size, weight and number of boxes.
"Free Shipping" (when offered) is only available in the contiguous USA.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri, 9 - 4 CST.
If an item is out of stock and unavailable from our suppliers, we will ship the remaining parts of your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
If an item is out of stock and available from our suppliers at a later date, we will ship the remaining parts of your order in the most timely manner, and ship the backordered items as soon as possible.
If there is a significant delay from the supplier, we will contact you regarding your order. You may cancel any part of your order at any time prior to shipping.
DriNights reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at any time and issue a refund.
DriNights reserves the right to drop ship an order, direct from the manufacturer/supplier if it is deemed the most efficient and cost effective method.
DriNights reserves the right to change the requested shipping method if it is deemed more economical, safer or speedier. Any difference in shipping costs will be refunded upon request.
If an item is drop shipped, there will be no increase or decrease in the shipping charges.
We reuse / recycle. In an effort to do what we can to help the environment, we reuse many of our boxes. Should your order arrive in a used box - not to worry!
Shipping Rates:
Standard USPS and UPS Shipping Rates.
From time to time we may offer reduced or free shipping rates. This will be clearly stated in the header of the site.
Some items may have an increased shipping fee stated
Please note: USPS Priority Mail is a service offered by the US Government. It does not generally indicate speedier delivery.
Drop Shipping and in-house shipping rates are the same.
Returns / Exchanges Policy:
We offer a 30 day full satisfaction guarantee!
If you are not happy with any of our products then return them to us and we will issue a full refund of your order with the following conditions:
Damaged/dirty items will be charged a 15% adjustment fee.
We do not pay for postage on returns.
"Full refund" means a refund of the total amount you spent on your purchase less our actual shipping cost.
The 30 day refund period begins on the first day you receive your initial order according to our tracking info provided by UPS or USPS. Where tracking information is not available (USPS First Class), the 30 days is calculated from our shipping date.
Return Procedure: Simply return the item - postage paid - to our address.
NOTE: Please be sure to include identifying information such as an order number, and shipping address, as well as the reason for the return and
requested outcome. Refused international (non-USA) orders will be charged all customs fees, shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Please Note: Due to increased demand for many of our products due to TV features (ie - The today Show), advertising, etc., we can not guarantee that your selected size/color will be in stock and available for immediate delivery.
If an item is not available from our on-hand inventory, we will process your order as quickly as possible, and may, if deemed appropriate drop-ship it directly to you from the manufacturer.
Cancelation of order:
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping.
