In 2002 I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. I discovered that a side effect of chemotherapy that continues long after treatment is hot flashes accompanied by night sweats. Prior to my cancer I was an active skier, and hiker. The physical exertion of these sports produced the same sweat sensation as hot flashes. That equation is, sweat=hot=cold=miserable. How do I care for my HARALEES?
Wash in cold or warm water WITH LIKE COLORS, no bleach, tumble dry low or line dry. Do not use dryer sheets or fabric softeners. Wash as you would delicate items so not in the same washing load with jeans, clothing with lots of zippers or rough heavy fabric clothing.
